Concord Candle Corp.   

is a Canadian Corporation that was established in 1981. At their plant in Orillia, Ontario (130km north of Toronto) they make a full line of solid colour dinner and scented candles. They also import, from Europe and Asia, novelty candles and candle holders. Their candles are made of "food grade" paraffin and vegetable stearin. They contain no animal fats. The paraffin is called food grade as it is the type used to coat apples etc. Our entire line is solid colour. This is a costly way to make candles but it produces soft, rich colours. 

They make more than 700 shapes/colours/styles and packs of candles. From bell top votives to 6" wide pillars almost everything they make is solid colour. All of our scented products such as Old Concord Scenters are still poured as this allows us to use lots of scent by total volume, producing very strong scents. Some makers use scent in the outside over dips. Their scenters and pillars are scented throughout. Sold in Fine Food & Gift Stores everywhere. See us for your candle needs.
